1. Introduction
Welcome to OwlMail. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

2. Services
OwlMail provides email hosting services, including cPanel access, webmail, and related support. All features are subject to plan selection and availability.

3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment & Billing
All fees are payable in AUD. Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Invoices for all payments are generated and stored in your OwlMail account. Customers can access and download these invoices at any time. For monthly subscription plans, invoice emails are not automatically sent unless requested.

Payments for monthly services will be automatically attempted at the time the invoice is generated. All payments must be made within 48 hours of the due date. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered only where required by Australian consumer law. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OwlMail services for:

Illegal activities, fraud, phishing, or other unlawful purposes.

Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or high-volume campaigns inconsistent with normal business email use.

Activities that compromise the security, stability, or performance of OwlMail services or other users’ experience.

OwlMail reserves the right to monitor email traffic for patterns that may indicate misuse and to take appropriate action, including limiting sending rates, suspending accounts, or requiring the use of a dedicated email marketing platform.

7. Data & Email Hosting
OwlMail stores your emails on Australian servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data. We are not liable for loss of data unless due to our negligence.

8. Service Availability
OwlMail strives for high uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, outages, or interruptions.

9. Termination
OwlMail may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of services, including but not limited to sending bulk or campaign emails that exceed reasonable business use.

10. Limitation of Liability
OwlMail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

12. Changes to Terms
OwlMail may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
